Effective August 30, 2024, the VCU Health Children’s Services at Brook Road - Brook Road Pavilion Dental Clinic located at 2924 Brook Road will cease operations. We’re pleased to announce that VCU Dental Care will be opening a pediatric dental clinic at this location effective October 1, 2024.
If your child has a dental appointment scheduled after August 30, our team will reach out and can help in the transition of your child’s care to VCU Dental Care.
Will my child see the same dentist?
While you will be able to see the same dentist, care will now be provided by VCU Dental Care Pediatric Dentistry.
Is the location changing?
No, you’ll still be able to receive care at the Brook Road Pavilion on our Northside Campus.
VCU Dental Care also offers services in the Children’s Pavilion on our Downtown Campus.
Will VCU Dental Care accept my insurance?
VCU Dental Care accepts most major dental plans. Contact your insurance company with any questions related to coverage or costs. For questions specific to VCU Dental Care, contact Cynthia Davis, practice manager at (804) 628-4750 or pedsdent@vcu.edu.
Will my bill change?
Yes, you will notice bills will come from VCU Dental Care instead of Children’s Services at Brook Road.
How do I schedule a dental appointment?
If you choose to receive care from VCU Dental Care and need to schedule an appointment, call (804) 828-9095.
When the VCU Health Children’s Services at Brook Road - Brook Road Pavilion Dental Clinic ceases operations on August 30, 2024, your child’s original dental record will remain with VCU Health. You have the right to request a copy of your child’s records or to request that they be sent to another dental care provider of your choice at no charge.
Requests for a copy of your child’s dental records for services received on or before September 30, 2024 can be made by contacting:
