Our Department of Pediatrics faculty, and all of the pediatric faculty across CHoR, are dedicated to training residents and fellows in the art and science of pediatric medicine. Our diverse faculty includes exceptional mentors, innovative researchers, advocates and passionate educators. At the heart of everything we do is a desire to make sure all kids - regardless of culture, gender or socioeconomic status - come first in health care, and in our community.
Pediatrics is a big priority for all of VCU Health. We have recently opened premier facilities, and with the completion of our inpatient tower in 2022, we’ll have an entire city block dedicated to the care of kids.
Joining CHoR and VCU Health for your residency or fellowship is like joining a family. During your time here, we’ll work together to ensure you receive hands-on, comprehensive experience in pediatrics – while finding work-life balance and making life-long friends and mentors.
