Ms. Welch joined CHoR in 2016 when the Children's Urology of Virginia team joined Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. Welch is a member of Society of Urological Nurses Associates, Pediatric Urology Nurse Specialists and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
