Your easy, secure connection to CHoR patient records, secure messaging and more

EpicCare Link provides a transparent flow of information between CHoR and community providers and covers all our services and locations. Login via your computer’s web browser to access the following information from your patients’ care with us:

Lab, imaging and test results
Important notifications and updates
Hospital admissions
Discharge summaries
Consultation notes
Orders placed by CHoR providers
Future scheduled appointments

EpicCare Link can also be used to:

Request consults
Place orders
Request appointments
Send secure messages to CHoR providers

Email EpicCareLinkteam@vcuhealth.org to receive a Site Access Request Form and additional instructions.

Does your practice use Epic as its electronic health record?

If so, you do not need to register for EpicCare Link – you’ll have access to the same information via EpicCare Everywhere.

Have questions about how to access a feature or need a quick tutorial? We can help!

The helpline also offers Zoom help sessions on Thursdays from 1:30 - 3 p.m. An agent can remote in to EpicCare Link and answer your questions in real time. Call the helpline to get the Zoom link and join a session.
