Dr. Kum-Nij's research focuses on the effect of smoking exposure on childhood and adolescent illnesses particularly infectious illness and how these illness affect the use of health services. Because vaping is emerging as the most important exposure to nicotine, his focus will now also focus on this important tobacco product.
