Arts & Crafts Festival of Blackstone

Description: Celebrate the arrival of spring at our annual Spring Festival! This family-friendly event offers something for everyone. Enjoy a variety of activities including:
 

• Live Music: Performances by local bands and musicians throughout the day.
• Food Vendors: Delicious food and treats from local vendors, offering a taste of Blackstone, VA.
• Craft Market: Browse and purchase handmade crafts and unique items from local artisans.
• Kids Zone: Fun activities for children, including face painting, games, and a petting zoo.
• Community Booths: Learn more about local organizations and services available in our community.

Bring your family and friends and join us for a day of fun, food, and festivities! Admission is free, and all are welcome!

The Armory is behind schedule in renovations, and thus the need to change the location to the Cross-Thomas Event Center.  We will be utilizing the former Bargain Bin (New Event Venue), as well as the grassy field on the other side of the historic house.  Eric Nash is allowing parking at the Deco Den as well.

A Town of Blackstone Bus will be running from the Walmart Parking lot to the field area as well as the Event Center (air conditioned and covered space).

There are wooded paths with lights and bridges connecting the two and we feel it was our best alternative.

• Cancer patient navigators to assist with barriers to care
• "We Can Eat Well" - cost-saving, healthy shopping strategies, recipe planning, and more
• "We Can Quit" - our free smoking cessation program connecting people with trained Quit coaches to quit/make a plan to quit smoking
